THE EVENT

Calling all EGG HEADS! (Big Green Egg Enthusiasts) The Buxton Complex will be hosting the second NJ EGG FEST in Ewing, NJ. Come out for a day of grilling, tasting and talking anything and everything Big Green Egg. Whether you’ve had an EGG for years, are just getting started or are thinking about purchasing your first EGG, EGG FEST is the perfect place to get all your questions answered. There will be special offers and demo EGGs for purchase. We will have many EGGsperts on site with lots of knowledge on everything Big Green Egg.

EGGs for Purchase

Ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase EGG packages at a special EGG FEST discount as well as receiving special pricing on EGGcessories during EGG FEST weekend. There will be packages that include additional items as well as basic packages to get you started or add to your EGG HEAD collection. Please call our office for questions on packages and to prepurchase – we can be reached at 609-771-6840 Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8-3 and Sunday 9-1. All ticket holders will be invited to enter in raffles, vote for their favorite dishes and taste food from each cook team.

THE COOKS

The 2023 NJ EGG FEST hosted 9 cook teams showcasing different techniques and tastes that were sampled by ticket holders.  From tomahawk steak, prime rib, porkroll burnt ends, Kansas City pork chops, cakes, shotgun shells and more. It was delicious.
